Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Club Courtyard by ESSELL SPORTAINMENT LLP, we strive to provide the best possible experience to every player and visitor. Please read our policy carefully before making any bookings.

🚫 No Refunds

All bookings made for courts, coaching sessions, tournaments, or any paid programs are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, change of plans, or inability to attend.

📆 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling may be allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• No rescheduling will be entertained for requests made within 24 hours of the booking time.

🌧 Weather & Facility Closure

In rare cases where we are unable to provide the service due to rain, maintenance, or technical issues, we will offer to reschedule your booking at no extra cost. However, no refunds will be issued.
